After chances missed by Russell Lewis, Liam Kimpton and John Nugent, Machico found a goal after Russell Lewis made a mistake by giving the ball away to their forward.
Soon the pressure mounted and Parsons again missed more chances, and hit the post with Macinerney. A goal from substitute Hull (who replaced Olgiati on the pitch) and from Liam Kimpton sealed the score.
